Geografie

Lage

Die Gemeinde Crozon auf der Crozon-Halbinsel mit ihrer Fläche von 80,37 km² und 7499 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2023) wächst mit dem Hafen- und Badeort Morgat (bret. Morgad) mit seinen nur vom Meer aus zugänglichen Felsgrotten zusammen.

Bis 1967 gab es auf der Crozon-Halbinsel mit der Strecke Châteaulin–Crozon–Camaret-sur-Mer auch eine Eisenbahnverbindung (Réseau Breton).

Klima

Das Klima der Halbinsel – zwischen Brest und Douarnenez gelegen – wird noch merklich vom Golfstrom beeinflusst.
